- Germany: Most orders are ready for dispatch within 3-7 days and will then reach you within 1-3 working days*. Shipping is free for you throughout Germany.
- EU: Most orders are ready for dispatch within 3-7 days and will reach you within 2-7 working days*. Shipping to the EU costs €9.00**.
*Please note that we cannot give a 100% guarantee on delivery times. Occasional delays due to unforeseen events such as force majeure, staff shortages or problems with the shipping provider or delivery may occur, but are extremely rare.
** If you want to return an item from the EU, please remember that we offer a discounted shipping rate.
