Our products are made specifically to your individual requirements. It is therefore a real shame if you are not satisfied with your order. Please do not order multiple sizes at once. To make it easier for you to choose the size, you will find a practical size guide on every product page and the model measurements on the product images.
Return conditions:
- The goods must be in their original condition.
- The goods must not have been washed.
- The label must still be attached to the product.
- The goods must not have been worn.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Since we are a young start-up, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs of return shipping. You as the buyer would have to cover the costs of the return. In this way, we also want to reduce returns for the sake of the environment.
Instructions for making a return:
1. Open the returns portal:- Open your order confirmation email. At the bottom you will find the link to the returns portal.
- Or go directly to your personal returns portal via the following link.
- You may be required to provide the email address you used to make the purchase and then enter a code that will be sent to you for verification.
- Select your order where you would like to return items and click "Request a Return".
- Select the reason for your return and click "Request Return".
- We will review your return request and send you a DHL return label by email.
- Pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage or loss. If possible, use the original packaging and take the goods to a DHL parcel shop or packing station.
- After receiving your return and successfully inspecting it, we will refund the return amount minus the shipping costs of €5.49 within 2-5 working days.
