We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find our current shipping and delivery times:

Standard Shipping:

• Germany: Most orders are ready to ship within 3-7 days and will reach you within 1-3 business days*.
• EU: Most orders are ready to ship within 3-7 days and will reach you within 2-7 business days*.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery time 100%. Occasional delays due to unforeseen events such as force majeure, staff shortages, or issues with the shipping service provider or delivery may occur, but they are very rare.

Your piece will be made individually according to your order. But if it does not meet your expectations or the size does not fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The prerequisite is that it is unwashed, with a label and in new condition. Please note that you must bear the costs for return shipping. You can simply arrange your return via our returns portal .

Our hoodies are a must-have in the streetwear scene! With a generous cut and a fabric weight of 400 gsm, they offer ultimate comfort and warmth. We work closely with a German textile producer who operates his own production facility in Istanbul. We source our raw materials from them. The entire processing, from design to embroidery to shipping, takes place in Hanover, Germany.

Don't worry if your new piece is pilling before the first wash. This is completely normal and is related to the weave of the fabric. We recommend turning it inside out before washing. This should remove the pilling after the first wash. If some pilling remains, it should be completely gone by the second wash at the latest.

To keep your garments looking their best, please follow the care label instructions. Use a gentle wash cycle and avoid using chlorine or other optical brighteners to avoid damaging the yarn fibers. We recommend using mild detergents, especially for embroidered items. If you hand wash, make sure there is enough water to allow the garment to move freely, especially for new embroidered pieces. Rinse the embroidery thoroughly before wringing or spinning it. Also, avoid leaving embroidered garments in a damp pile. When ironing, all embroidery should be ironed on the back or between two cloths. Thank you for taking loving care of your clothes!

You can look forward to a fresh design about once a month! But let us tell you what happens behind the scenes: The conception and design of the first draft takes about 8-10 hours of pure working time. Then the fine-tuning begins, and numerous optimization loops follow until we are 100% satisfied with the design. Quality takes time, but the wait is worth it!

Note: Our embroidery is made individually. Please do not order several sizes at once, but rather follow the following description:

Are you unsure which size fits you? No problem! On every product page you will find a practical size guide, which is shown with a ruler. If you are still unsure, the pictures of our models will help you. There you can see their height, weight and the size of the item they are wearing. This way you can find out in no time which size fits you best. Our models sometimes wear different sizes because often several sizes fit due to the oversized cut. Clothes that are marked "oversized" in the store fit more loosely.

We know how frustrating it can be when your size is sold out, but don't worry, we've got you covered! It usually only takes 2 to 4 weeks for us to restock. This of course depends on our producers. If you don't want to wait, select the product with the right size and leave your email address in the "Notify Me" button. As soon as your favorite piece is back in stock, you will be notified immediately by us. So keep an eye out and be ready to refresh your wardrobe!

Yes, you definitely have the option of getting a custom design! Since each design requires different working times depending on size and complexity, we cannot give fixed prices. We offer embroidery from a print run of one. However, to keep the costs reasonable, we recommend a minimum order of three pieces. For more complex designs, it may be advisable to choose a larger number of pieces. The exact costs vary depending on the type of clothing, order quantity, design effort and other factors.
